MISSION: Home Grown Community is a Lifesharing learning and living environment where people of all abilities thrive and grow to their full potential.

Our Community, inspired by Camphill Villages and Innisfree Village – voluntary communities with adults with intellectual disabilities, is dedicated to providing a lifesharing home and work environment in an atmosphere of beauty, warmth, and respectfulness. All community members are valued, and all are encouraged to explore and contribute to a meaningful and challenging life.

We are dedicated to building a lifesharing model of living meaning that residents and their caregivers (co-workers) live as families in the community’s houses. In this close-knit farm environment, people develop relationships of mutual needs, respect & love.
